What we collect, how we use it, and how to delete your data.
Last updated · June 22, 2026
Saturn AI ("Saturn", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.
Account data: email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your name and profile picture.
Project data: prompts, generated code, files stored in sandboxes, and project settings.
Usage data: AI model usage, message counts, sandbox runtime, and IP address for abuse prevention.
Payment data: processed by our payment providers (NowPayments, Stripe). We do not store full payment credentials on our servers.
We use your data to operate the service, authenticate you, bill your plan, prevent abuse, and improve Saturn using aggregated analytics. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your project content to train foundation AI models.
Prompts are sent to AI providers such as Anthropic (and optionally OpenAI or Google when you connect them) to generate responses. Under their API terms, your data is not used to train their public models.
Infrastructure providers include Supabase (auth/database), Vercel (hosting), E2B (sandboxes), Resend (email), Sentry (error monitoring), and payment processors.
Account data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Project files are removed when you delete a project or after extended inactivity. Usage logs are retained up to 12 months for billing and security.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. Use Export in the dashboard for project code. For other requests, email us at hello@thesaturn.dev. EU/UK users may have additional rights under GDPR.
We use HTTPS, encrypted storage for sensitive connector credentials, and scoped access tokens. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours where required by law. Saturn is not intended for users under 13.
