Terms of Service

Saturn is an AI-powered platform that helps you build native mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web experiences by chatting with an AI agent. Saturn generates source code, runs previews in cloud sandboxes, and helps you publish.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Saturn. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share accounts or create multiple accounts to evade plan limits.

You agree not to use Saturn to build illegal applications, malware, content that infringes third-party rights, or to reverse-engineer the Saturn platform. Abuse, scraping, and automated account creation are prohibited.

You own the code Saturn generates for your projects. You may export, modify, and commercialize it. Saturn does not guarantee that generated code is original, error-free, or suitable for production without your review.

Sprout, Pine, and Oak plans include different project, token, and sandbox limits as shown on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through NowPayments (cryptocurrency). You may cancel anytime; we do not offer partial refunds for unused time.

AI-generated output may contain bugs, security issues, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing code before shipping to users. Saturn is not liable for damages arising from reliance on AI-generated output.

Saturn's platform, brand, and documentation are owned by Saturn AI. Starter templates provided by Saturn are MIT-licensed unless stated otherwise.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
